Hi guys,

The private messages don't work properly for me.
My notification messages shows like I had new messages but I don't have new messages.
And sometimes I cannot read my PM...

It happens for you too?

In the bottom click on "Empty Folder" and see if it helps?

Are you okay with ourselves logging into your account and checking it?
You would need to change your password once we're done, we could email you to notify you about it, is that ok?

Save the encrypted password, encrypt a string, place that where his password should be and log in with the string, once you're done you can place the encrypted password back in the database. :)
