Disclaimer*

1) When a user registers to our website he gets an activation email to his account! This email address must be a valid one as we contact all users through the email address they have provided upon registration.

2) When you sign up to offers you don't have to use the same email address you have provided upon registration to Gptreasure!

3) Payments will be made on a weekly basis! Any attempt to abuse or cheat our system - will result in non-payment, and deleting user's account. If a user keeps trying to abuse (e.g. opens a new user) he will find his IP banned from our website.

4) Tracking system - We track all activity of users in order to pay them. If a user asks for a payment and there's a problem with the offer he took - he will see this status in "My Offers" page. This feature is available to registered users only!

5) When you ask for a payment do it only once! We won't pay to users who send us the same request a couple of times. One time is enough!

6) If you have participated in the past with one of the offers we have from other website - DO NOT participate again! The fact it's your "first time" to take this offer through our website isn't a reason to participate in the same offer again!

7) Downloading Offers - Gptreasure takes no responsibility in a case of a problem (adware etc) that occurs in a downloading offer. Nevertheless, we will never upload a risky offer and all download offers in our website are being checked by us first. This rule is just here to say a member cannot forward his complaint to us regarding adware issues in a case he claims he have those. All complaints of this kind must be dealt between the member and the advertiser.

8) In a case of a fraud a payout won't be processed unless the member verifies his identity that he used for taking the problematic offer. Verification would be made by providing us with a copy of your Photo ID/ State ID/ Driving License or Utility Bill.

10) Please note - According to PayPal policy our payments will be used only as payouts to complete offers. We, as the owners of Gptreasure will never use PayPal payments for any other purpose other than this purpose. Any other exception must be approved by PayPal in written letter or official email only. There won't be any other exceptions.
