Violence has incresed now adayS and there many explosions across world and many people are losing their lives, properties and their near and dear ones. How as resposible citizens wecan propagate the non violence?

I think The majority of the people knows how to avoid violence, but they just don't do, it is obvious that if everybody became (or is become?) nicer, the world would be a better place , but it will continue happening for a long time.

Here in Fiji, the cops are like the bicycle in a F1 race.
They can't run, aren't smart, very short, very stupid, very scared, don't have enough police utilities and on top of all, they always party at the police station.
When they do a regular road block for checking vehicles for any escapee, the roads would be so jammed up. Say for example I was in the traffic jam and I was one of the escapee/thug. I would just turn the car around and get off somewhere else.
So much for the smart idea of trying to catch me.:-?
I will bet anyone a Million dollars to come to Fiji, look for a cop, get Usain Bolt, put them in a 1500m race. If the cop actually climbs his head, than I'm proven wrong. But I doubt it.:-(
