I first tried Firefox 3 when the first beta was released few months ago.. Didn't really like it though.. about a week ago I download the RC3 and it was way better.
There's no big difference between RC3 and this release but I'm glad they finally officially release it.
its a few years old tricks but i discovered that a few months ago.
you can tweak ff, by editing about:config (enter "about:config" in the address bar)
and create or change thoses values:

ive installed it yesterday and i have to say that it is WAY faster than it use to be for me esp when it was loading hotmail. It use to just freeze for a few seconds and nothing would respond when i log on but i dont get that problem anymore.
