Some days ago I took an offer from worldwinner but my registration cannot be detected. So I have to take it once more but with different email. But if I use different email, can they detect as that email will not be the same with the one I use for GPT.

You do not need to use the same email you used during your registration here on GPTreasure when you complete offers.
