Nature vs Nurture

I believe in nurture. Even though someone is stupid, i believe that with the right circumstances and environment, the person can be changed.
What do u all think?

They can be changed, but if they do not "will it" (don't want to) they will NOT change, but if the "will" change, they can and will change.. if that makes any sense.. xD

That sure does make sense. People can begin to change to if they want to change. However there are circumstances that have a huge influence on you if you were born with some kind of condition and that may alter things and make it harder for change than for others.
