its not good for anyone...

they know those type of auto clickers and they just delete the accounts of who ever uses it.. dont download it.

If theres a file missing and cant run then it does sound like a suspicious file. I suggest you delete it. I don't think its worth the risk anyway, sites can pick up on these autoclickers and you end up getting your account banned.
