ok so im have on paypal now 4.55 and i have no ofers no refferals and i dont know what to do !!
so i think and i want to ask the website who can give me

This should be on the Support section. I don't think the Admin looks on General that much. Anyways, i don't think you can buy G-coins if you have an unverified paypal account. Most websites don't take payments from unverified paypal accounts.
