Lol I didn't know that saying but heres another one:
"Too much work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" in this case too much rules :D Just joking, the rules are pretty common. Its in most forums, I haven't also seen much spamming though maybe cause I'm new.

Well the reason the spamming is barely seen, is because I'm on most of the time :) It's removed before 20 people have seen it.
