how to apply for my payment

can any body guide me how to apply for my 1st payment, while 1st offer i completed. I am not finding way or form to put my paypal id etc.

Well, u have to go to !My offers"," left of this page", then, theres a question "which offer have u completed?" u select the one u've done, below that question, its one u have to choose which method, and below that one, another with the paymnt email. Good luck!
