its highly doubtfull.. it looks like it may be a true, but you'll have to put ALOT of manhours in to get massive payout.. think of it as.. taking all the uk and us offers (this site) about 2/3 times.. just to ge tyour $200.. waist of time and effort.. stick to the smaller payout site which are definate, avoid the massiv epayout sites which will need, (guessing / probably) 100s of hours worth of effort..
which may turn out to be a dud.. xDD

its looks and sounds like one of those sites where you put in like 20 hours worth of clicking to find out the site is a fake and they were using you to pay there advertising bills..

big payoutsites - more than likely... fake
small click sites ($0.05 per click) - more towards real..

if that makes much more sense.. i know what i want to say, but i cant express it well.. =X
