in what country's can i complete offers?

i live in holland, can i do international and holland only or cpuld i do a frensh or norwegian too???

You can do the offers from YOUR COUNTRY, INTERNATIONAL OFFERS and if you ask to become gold member to the admin and he make you gold member you could do gold offers too..
