I took it to mean that every person who goes around shouting about the end of the world is disturbed in the head. If that's what the original poster then I agree, if that's not what he was talking about then I have no clue.

I believe what the OP is trying to say is that every theory about the end of the world (Nuclear apocalypse, zombie apocalypse, polar shift, etc etc etc...) is disturbing? Of course its meaning can go both ways, so a more elaborate "statement" would be welcome
