How did all of you learn how to complete offers?

As of late, I've always been wondering how some of you guys were able to grasp the concept of completing offers relevantly fast and efficiently. Based off the amount of Cashout's/Payment proof threads I've seen over the years and I would like to know all of your experiences of how your learned as a completely new user to GPT and to those veterans who's been on multiple sites, please explain how you gained your knowledge of understanding in regards to offers as well. What was the easiest method you used?
