What do you think of instant win contests?

I like them sometimes, but only when I have a good chance of winning.. Sometimes I'll go crazy and enter a lot of them for awhile, but then get disappointed when I don't win. Recently I won a $5 Subway card (sandwich store) ! Have you won anything big or exciting ?

I think they're better than contest where you have to wait months and months to know if you've won
