If an offer fail:
1. you did it wrong
2. it failed to report for some reason
3. if you TRUEFULY belive that you have done the survey/offer right contact the 3rd party provider EG:Mathomy Money and send them proof you did the survey

Ive tried the games, I always win the free one then get owned for my ten coins :-/
