Facebook question

Hello, I tried to send a facebook referral using the button on the referrals page. It asked for permission and nothing seemed to happen. So I clicked it again, and a window popped up real quick and then disappeared before I could see anything. So did it send invites or is there something else I need to do? Thanks.?
