please advice me how to get more and more refferals. meanwhile i have only 1 referrals.

hello Busarian, i have asked the same question a number of times with no avail. I have clicked onto profiles a number of times. I am starting to think that there is a language barrier. The owners are not giving me the correct answers. all i can say is Please
