i dont get the whole referral thing...where can i find them? do i have to get people involved with this?
do i get coins if they dont actually do surveys ecc?

Referrals are people that you refer to this website by your referral link. You can earn coins by getting referrals, but they most be active. Referrals that won't make at least 1 coin won't be visible in your referrals list.
