Sounds like they became more strict, we sincerely do apologize for it, there's not much we can do about it as they control their own wall and they don't provide great support for users. So we sincerely do apologize if you can't access it anymore.

See 1 post above, apologies again for the inconvenience.
The only other suggestion is to use a different GetPaid account but for that you would need to delete the account you have with us, we are not so sure it's a wise idea.
