Are all cashouts paid at the same time?

First question is pretty self explanatory, are all users' cashouts processed together? I got two payments I cashed out at different times at once, and also, I cashed out two days ago and this morning, and still haven't gotten the money :(

one more thing.
When I cash out '1.1$,' it says I cashed out 1$ and only paid one dollar. Is this a bug or just policy?

All payments are processed at the same time, even if you cashed-out at different times,
We process payments within 24-48 hours, some delays might occur.

When you cash-out certain amount you should get paid for the whole amount,
But Referrals payment are processed every Friday, so maybe that's why you saw 1$ only,
You should get the rest of the money you cashed-out on Friday.
