COINS HAS BEEN LOST WITHOUT ANY REASON

I really donot know why my coins balance from 6xxx then has been lost some of it, now my coins balance remains only 4xxx (2k coins has been taken away without any reason), that affects to my rank on monthly contest, and more - I have earnt more than 500 coins today but Spin shown that I need to earn 300 coins to spin, haizzzzzzz
