Can I Change my Paypal Adress? if So, how?

the Paypal adress i gave you had some problems (it wasn't confirmed),i didn't get paid for those tiny Offers i completed (Morocco's Offers),though they have "Paid" Status.so if there is a way for me to change it,teach me how.and if there isn't,tell me to send you a PM containing the valid Paypal Adress,for you to change it.
