CinemaNow offer question

Another question...
in gold offers there's the cinemanow's offer..

the tips say:

1) Click on the banner
2) Click on "Subscription"
3) Click on "Join Monthly"
4) Fill in your details, agree to Terms, fill in your Credit Card information, and click on "Submit" to begin the trial


well, i enter into the banner
and I click where says "SUBSCRIPTION"
but after, i dont see anywhere who says: "JOIN MONTHLY"

could someone tell me where is it? the link "join monthly"? i cant see it...
