Country problem(The IP)

Hi;
I'm from Israel and when I click on the "ISR" Section it tells me I'm not from Israel and I'm realy from there so whats the problem?
One time it let me in then I've done some offers but now I still can't.
Thanks for reading sory for grammer or any mystakes still learning :D.
