Minute problem

Hi, I had 1 warning from minute a month ago, after that i did everything carefully. But, today i was suspend and the reason they gave me "You have been suspended. Reason: ToS Violation: Direct Advertiser Complaint, Too Many Instructions Ignored"
what i can do??

They suspended lots of accounts recently, they did not provide to us any additional information, we do apologize for this inconvenience but it's beyond our control but it's a 3rd party.

Yes, they had loads of users from so many PTC websites and they are trying to improve their relationships with the advertisers, and please note they are 3rd party, so we and them have no direct business relations, only working indirectly as providing their wall in our site.
