My 0.003 BTC order cancelled and my contest level decreased by 5000 coins.

First, I ordered 0.003 BTC for 5000 coins yesterday, and I found the the order is deleted and the coins are taken.



Second, I was second in the contest with 29380 Coins, but now I'm decreased by 5000 and became 24380 Coins only in 4th place.



Third, I have found -5000 in my earning page marked as bonus? , OMG Negative bonus?
