Not been credited be Superrewards

Hi,
two weeks ago I accepted the offer of registering for Apple products and the offer promised to been credited within 5 minutes. I did so and got a confirmation of the registration, but until today I never got the 38 coins. A week ago I wrote an email to Superrewards support, but no answer and the offer is still pending and after 14 days the offer will "fall off".
No big deal for me (except the fact that I had to register with all my details), but now I know - again - that I will not do those kind of surveys again, it's a waist of time and it's not fair giving them all your details without getting what they promised.
