Page Not load, Blank page

Hello
Why? today all member from to vietnam can't log in get-paid? It is 1 blank page with url get-paid(.)com/dashboard(.)php
Sorry I have create one account, everything was stable and very good page load.
Just give me a reason. I Don't good english, hope you understand.

Note: Smartphone still load ok, login on pc not load
