I have been blocked from the survey site... I wrote them to unblock me and They wrote the next:

You have been logging in from a different country as the country you currently live in. We do not allow that. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

Does this mean they will unblock me...

They wrote this 2 weeks ago

What do I need to do???

I don't exactly know what is their next move since they are an independent company. However I think that they will not remove the ban. Please contact them again.
