Transfering cash from alertpay to paypal

Soon Im gonna have some money in Alertpay and I want to transfer it to paypal.

Does some1 know a trusted site that can transfer money from alertpay to paypal?
I dont want to use credit card.

Another thing- if some1 want money in alertpay and willing to give money in paypal, send me a private messege.

You could try using www.move-funds.com. However, i've never used it before so be careful.

I cant use it, they want me to upgrade my paypal account, and im not giving a credit card.

besides move-funds get from your money a big amount of fees, i think,
