WalMart gift card

I ordered a WalMart card, but instead of receiving it I got an email from kiwiwall.com for a $10 paypal payment from Get-Paid.

I don't have Paypal or am a member of kiwiwall and I'm not signing up for either.

I want the WalMart card I ordered:
