where can we see our referrals?

Click on My Offers button located in the left menu.

I already did, but i can only see the history on offers

There is no information about referrals.

or there is no info if we don't have referrals?

Sure,you won't see any info if you don't have any referral :-D

They have to place your username in the referral box in the registration form.

They are located at the very bottom of your offers page. If you don't have any then it won't show. My offer pages is 7/10 referrals and like 3/10 offers :P
