i know i,ve been annyoing but IF and only IF i complete an offer how do i get the money i have no credit card or any thing

u dont need credit card for registering in Paypal and receive money ;-)

credit card is needed in order to verify paypal (recommended) but no more... you can receive money in paypal and use it (buy things by ebay for example) without credit card :-)

besides u can use a virtual credit card (VCC) u can buy some one in www.shopvcc.com
