The advertiser told us the following in aspect of users who go to the "LIVE" section:
"Let them know they actually have to be looking at the sites and the sites has to be moving.
Otherwise they won't be credited otherwise."
So if you watched the page for only a fraction of an hour - you would only get a fraction of 3.75 accordingly.
