suggestion monthly top 10

i suggest this monthly contest
top 10 members
it will be about best members who refer active and quality new members
and admin can post in the thread and refresh the data evrey week
the rules will be
one -1- point for active member from afrique and asia and latin amereique
three -3- points for active members from europe and usa , canada and austilia

2 point -add if the member join the gold club

the counter bigin when the member have at least 10 members in the first week

that was just an idea you can add or change or say anything and the last word is the admin one

We want to implement forums first because that's in our plans. The next idea could be implementing this point-system.
