If you're referring to the PayPerClick section please note these cannot be removed just like that.
You usually get them if you click too fast, so if you click in normal pace and follow the instructions properly you would ensure you won't get more warnings and then they will disappear.

I had just 1 warning last year. Gossshh !!! Thank God ! But still now , i couldn't figure out what the mess i did :P .
Well, maybe something wrong happened with my mouse that day -__- .
