why is my payment still pending?

I requested payout since thursday and was given 2days payment period, but to my chagrin, it's approximately 5days now and i just checcked myalertpay (wiyacarey@yahoo.com) but no payment has been received. I'm actually less than a month on Get-paid and cashout was to confirm that i wasn't just wasting my time. Please pay me for my efforts if I'm to continue with this site.
