would safari affect any surveys?

i love this site and have got a couple of payoffs (woo lotto)
and have made a referral already
but i have noticed that the offers UK - ShoppingSpreeToday and UK - SurveyRouter say that they haven't been recorded... i was wondering why because there wasnt much different between the offers that have been payed and these one's...
so i was just wondering if using a mac through the browser safari 3.1 (osx) would affect any others? i'm not asking for a pay-out i was just wondering if this affects any of the offers? thank you for your time

if i were you, i would use internet explorer to complete the offers.
