1st I dont understand y YOU need to vertify it but not me. Well, I am using it for IJJI G-coins (a game) and I don't think you should bother moving it to a credit card for just a tiny ammount, unless you have a big one...lol

yeah it is.
You just have to sign up, and you have your own bank account.
No fees, no credit card or anything required.
When you sign up you go to, Add/Manage Money, then paypal Transfers.

I has all of your bank account info there so you can fill it in.
So go to paypal, click verify by bank account, then fill out all the info that it has on the page.

paypal takes 2-3 days to deposit those random amounts and then your verified! Good luck!
