I reviewed his threads yesterday and their is not much to do besides banning him or deleting his threads. I won't consider them spam because they were posted under off topic forums and aren't insignificant but I have notified the user and informed him regarding limiting the posts being made. He is contributing for now but if he doesn't follow up I will give him a temporary ban. Thanks anyways for bringing this up :)
