Games bug!

Hi,

After finishing a game, for example, Crazy Taxi, if you don't have a player who plays against you appears "waiting for the score" but then if nobody plays appears "This game has expired after an hour without score"
....

Of this way people lose the credit they bet on...
Is there any way to solve this?

btw, there's no possibility to refund the money, no?

Since we are using a 3rd party for getting scores, sometimes there might be glitches. If you choose to play the game we do not take any responsibility for scores not updating. Refunds will not be made in these cases.

If this keeps happening people won't play in games of 3 players. :(

Personally I think we must asap change the game system.
Fr example,a player must beat 10.000 score to get paid and they are free to bet as much as they want.

I bet 10c,then I beat the score of 10k so 10c x 5c = 50c

You won 50c! The max you can win is 50c

I think that we just have to be patient and wait for it.

I did report this issue to our team on Sep 14, 2012 and they did fix it the same day. Can you please try to play the game again and let us know if you are still having the same problem them.
