I do not understand Referral joining bonus.

I have invited a friend from United Kingdom and she has joined under my referral link. In the "How referral works" section, it is said that if referral from United Kingdom or United State then referral bonus is 100 coins but i have got only 1 coin. She has already earned 3 coins. Now the site is more complicated i think. I can not find easily my referrals and the earning from them.
I am not understanding the working processes. I need help about:

How i know who are my referrals?

How to find them with there name? ( from "my referral" page, it is hard to find a referral from 150+ referrals. )

And my earning from them?

Please anyone advise me about this.

Is this permanent or temporary until you guys can figure out a way to keep people from doing it?

when will i get commision from my referals i am not getting it :?

We will announce weather we are awarding bonuses again or not in announcement forum soon but as of now we are still giving extra bonuses aside from referral joining bonuses to many members for their hard work :)
