Account disabled and wrong country just after signing in...

Hello.

I´ve just signed in and when accessing the "Earn cash" section, every section i try to enter i stumble into this error message: "Dear member,
Your account is disabled.
Please contact an administrator to solve this issue.
"

What went wrong? Can u fix it ... ?

Another thing ... My country is Portugal, not Netherlands... can u correct this please!

The wrong country display is not the issue... the important thing is to get access to offers and so... i wish to make money!!
