i have not yet recieved my payment

i hv cashed out my $1.40 on friday and still have not yet recieved i hv heard that all offers were proccesed already and persons recieved there money but i hv not recieved a penny??? why is this so frustrated right now cuz i worked hard expecting to get my reward and dont see it at all. :(

Are you sure the payment processor email address is correct? Please make sure all the info you have provided us is 100% correct. If you don't find anything irrelevant on the info you provided us then you should receive your payments within the next 24 hours. Thanks for being patient.
