at the university (firefox) it was fixed but now on my laptop (google chrome) at home it isn't fixed xD

Can you also post a screenshot & provide the following details.

Browser (Name,Version)
Do you have some special settings like custom css that are applied to all sites ?

It will be really helpful if you can provide us the following & thanks in advance :)

Now I'm at university (Firefox 3.6.12)
there isn't the problem with the listed users (dexter's screenshot) but when I try to open the Chat (contacts list) it doesn't work, neither in the Main page: http://www.get-paid.com/dashboard.php

When I was at home I will tell u my Google Chrome version and what problems I have with the chat!! ;)

Here at home, just in forum page (in the main page:http://www.get-paid.com/index.php the chat works perfect) I've the problem that dexter has showed in the screenshot:
